A Warrior Diet Smoothie


Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, peaches, a good heaping scoop of Jay Robb’s vanilla whey protein powder, about a teaspoon of bovine gelatin (good for joints and stuff), raw honey and raw milk makes for a great smoothie. Best breakfast evah. Oh and then I wash it all down with a steaming cup of hot coffee and a chocolate donut.
